1. Acceptance
By creating an account on CastFace, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use CastFace. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
3. For people listing their face
You confirm that all photos you upload show only your own face and that you have the right to license your likeness. You must not upload photos of other people.

4. For brands & studios
A license request does not constitute a binding license agreement. The actual license is negotiated and executed separately. Use of a face outside the agreed terms is prohibited.

5. Prohibited content
The platform may not be used to create, promote, or distribute: non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake content used to deceive, political disinformation, or any content that violates applicable law.
